The directory is being built. A professional appears here once their licence has been confirmed, not before.
Whether the licence is active, against the state’s own record, with the date we looked. That is a fact with a timestamp, and we show the timestamp because a licence can change after we check it. It is not a rating, not a ranking, and not a sign that someone is the right fit for your family.
How they describe their own work, in their own words, labelled as theirs. We do not write it for them, sharpen it into a pitch, or summarise it into something they did not say.
