For reunification specialists, family therapists, parenting coordinators, GALs & mediators

Your session is one hour. The other 167 reach you as a story told under stress. Now they arrive written down.

Before each appointment your client writes a short page: what they want out of the session, what they practiced, what contact actually happened, and what they would rather not discuss that day. They draft it, they edit it, they decide whether to send it. You start at minute zero instead of minute eighteen.

The posture first, because you’ll want it first: Sol will not help a parent pressure a child, contact one against an order, build a case against the other parent, or work around your guidance. Signals of crisis route to 988 and emergency resources rather than deeper into the product.

Free for professionals. No card, no seat minimum, and no fee moves in either direction.

Circle listings are live today. The Session Brief, the caseload console, and sponsored seats are in build, and our founding provider partners are shaping them. Request access to be one of them.

The Session Brief

One page, written by your client, read in ninety seconds.

Sunward drafts it from the work the parent has already been doing, then hands it back to them to edit. Every block can be switched off. Nothing sends without their review, and there is no setting that skips that step.

What is on it

  • What I want out of this session. Their words, their priority, written before they walk in.
  • What I practiced. Rehearsals and regulation work over the interval, as counts and themes.
  • What contact happened. Reach-outs, replies, and the gaps between, confirmed by them.
  • How the weeks went. A self-rating, one tap, trended over time.
  • What I would rather not discuss today. The block that makes the rest of it honest.

What you never get

  • Anything they did not send. Connecting to you shares nothing on its own. The channel stays empty until they put something in it.
  • A score, a flag, or a diagnosis. No risk grading, no sentiment reading, no inference of any kind. We surface what the parent wrote and nothing else.
  • A record you can request. There is no path, technical or otherwise, by which you could ask us for information about a client.
  • Notice that they stopped. A client who pulled a brief and a client who never wrote one look identical to you, on purpose. A visible withdrawal is a punishment, and a punished client stops telling the truth.

Every brief carries the same line at the top: written by the parent, shared on this date, unverified by Sunward. It is a starting point for the hour, not evidence.

Who it is for

Built to work alongside you, never instead of you.

Reunification specialists & family therapists

Your client leaves steady, then a 10pm text from their kid undoes the week. Sol catches the dysregulated moment, applies regulation before strategy, and your work holds until Thursday. Then the brief means Monday starts where reality is, not where memory says it is.

Parenting coordinators, GALs & mediators

You carry more families than any therapist and have the least visibility into any of them. The useful part on your side is often the absence: you can see which families have gone quiet, without reading a word anyone did not choose to send you.

Employers & EAPs

A parent estranged from their kid is not fully at work, anywhere. Sunward is the benefit that meets the crisis HR never sees, at a fraction of the cost of the turnover it quietly causes.

What it costs you

Free to start, and free to stay.

You are never the product here. We do not sell your name, we do not pay you for referrals, and the free tier is a real tier, not a trial.

Founding-partner pricing, held for the practices who join while we build.

Talk to us about seats

A purchase, never a referral fee. We are paid for access, never per parent.

Your clients pay separately for their own Sunward plan. We are putting the Session Brief on every parent plan, including a free one, because a resource you can only recommend to your wealthiest clients is not much of a resource.

The guardrails

You'll want to know where the lines are. So do we.

  • Coaching, not therapy. Sunward never diagnoses, never treats, and says so plainly to every user. It is the practice field between your sessions.
  • Crisis routing is non-negotiable. Signals of crisis route to 988 and emergency resources. Sol never absorbs what a professional should see, and always tells your client to reach a human.
  • The Anti-Manipulation Rule. Sol is never used to manipulate a child, even “positively.” Drafts that cross the line get flagged and rewritten.
  • Never around you, and never around the court. Sol will not help a parent pressure a child, reach one against an order, build a case against the other parent, or work around a clinician's guidance. Not every estranged parent is a wronged parent, and the product is built knowing that.
  • No referral fees. Not now, not ever. We will never pay you, in cash or in kind, for a client who signs up. Paying a clinician or an attorney per referred client is fee-splitting, and it is your license on the line, not ours.
  • The client owns their data, and holds it. Any Session Brief is the client's to keep, share, and pull back. You never enter or route patient records through Sunward.
  • Not a covered entity, by design. Your clients use Sunward themselves, as consumers. Sunward is not your business associate and holds no PHI on your behalf, so partnering with us adds nothing to your HIPAA footprint.

The questions we actually get

Answered directly.

Do I need a BAA?

No. You are not contracting with us for data services. Your client hands you their own written material, the way they might hand you a journal. We hold nothing on your behalf.

What if the parent shades the truth?

They might, the same way they shade it out loud in session. The difference is that it was written closer to the event rather than reconstructed under stress three weeks later. Every brief is labeled parent-authored and unverified.

Is this a referral scheme?

No. There is no per-referral fee to a clinician or attorney and there never will be. If money moves, it is a purchase of seats or access.

My clients cannot afford another subscription.

The Session Brief is going on every parent plan, including a free one. If you want to cover more than that, seats run $15 against $39 retail, and you never learn which client used one.

What if my client stops sharing?

You see “not shared this cycle,” which is the same thing you see when they simply did not prepare one. We do not show you that someone withdrew, on purpose.

How much of my time does this take?

One screen per family, built to be read in ninety seconds. If it takes longer than that, we have built it wrong.
