Do I need a card to begin?
Not to begin. Everyone begins with a few quiet questions. It takes about a minute and shows you your first “I’m Here” before any card. You add a card when you start the 7-day trial, and nothing is charged until day 8.
What happens on day 8?
Your plan begins and your card is charged for the period you chose. We email you before that happens, so it never arrives as a surprise.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Yes, anytime, in Settings. One tap. No phone call, no form, no guilt. If you cancel, you keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Why is there a daily message limit?
Every conversation with Sol costs real money to run, so each plan has a fair-use daily limit: 30, 80 or 200 messages. We would rather tell you the number than call something unlimited when it is not.
Does each child cost extra?
No. Every plan covers all of your children.
Where is Sunward available?
Adults 18 and over in the United States. Not offered in Illinois, Washington, or Nevada.
